I'm never pressing buttons again.
No sooner had I pressed the button I thought would switch us back, the ground opened up in a heavy tremor and me and Becca went falling through. The last thing I remember before blacking out was the ghastly voice of Aventarsaurus.
When I woke up, I was lying on some sort of matress. I was chained to it, and so was Becca on another bed. ~We've done it now~ I thought. This was going to be my deathbed.
'Jessica?' whispered Becca. 'What was...?'
'I'll explain later.'
'How did...?'
'Becca, just keep quiet.' I said miserably. 'Please.'
Together we travelled along the corridor. A familiar voice behind us said, 'So.'
It set a chill up my spine. I turned around and found Avent floating behind us.
Becca drew her sword, and my fingers extended to talons. 'Well then,' Said Avent, but there was the tiniest trace of fear in his voice. He snapped his fingers, and figures that looked a bit like me emerged from the darkness.
Dracaenae. Snake women. I learnt it from our history classes. They were armed with swords,nets and full Greek battle armour. There were at least 30 of them, but as they started advancing, I lashed out and my talons vaporized the whole front row. The others started backing off, but I knew my fear factor wouldn't last long.
'Run?' suggested Becca.
'Run,' I agreed.
And with that, all Hades broke loose. 7 dracaenae advanced on Becca, but she turned them to dust with her sword. I ran at the exit, extended my arms and completely annihilated those snake women. I grabbed Becca and bolted for the exit. I felt a tingling sensation as I passed through, and I noticed me and Becca's bodies were switched back. But we weren't done. I looked at Becca, and it was pretty obvious what she was thinking.
Avent deserved to die.
We charged back in, which took Avent by surprise. He fell to the ground and a flying, screaming, giant pig came out of nowhere. We avoided it and Becca stabbed it in the side. 'Fight us yourself, Avent.' I said. 'Or are you going to hide behind another pet pig?' Avent lunged at me, but Becca hit him with the flat of his blade, and he went flying across the room. He tried to get up, but Becca lunged and stabbed him in the heart. When we got out, the whole thing crumbled to rubble.

Becca's POV
When I woke up, I felt I had run all the way here from New Mexico. I tried sitting up. A searing pain flared up my wrist, and I went back down instantly. I looked at my hands and feet. They were chained to some sort of... bed? I looked at Jessica. The exact same thing had happened to her. No sooner had I turned away, Jessica started snarling and hissing.There was a slash of heavy metal and Jessie got up with ease. She held out her hand, whose fingers had extended to talons. I took it, careful to avoid them. Only just then did I realize that my limbs were free. Jessica stopped snarling and her fingers returned to normal.
Jessie's POV
