The chance to be murder increases within the rank?

Hey.
I've been feeling, if you have a rank, any rank, you have more chance being the murderer. Or not. I normally play with people I don't know, and they normally only a few haves 1000 karma, so maybe it's because it's just me with 1k karma...I don't know.

But there's something I'm almost sure. When you kill the murderer, you have more chance of being the murderer next round... or no? Because when I am not really playing, I'm paying more attention to the forums, then I don't kill the murder too often, and I'm also not it often. I'd like to know if there's an relation about this with the chance of being murderer.

From what I know, the chance to become murderer depends only on karma and games as murderer. I'm not sure if it's true though.

Not sure if it was a coincidence, but when I hit rank one, the amount of times I became the murderer literally cut in half. And then I started getting the gun more.

It's entirely random, but a higher karma stat means a higher chance to be the murderer/gunner. For every 200 karma, you get one extra chance to spawn with a weapon. Everyone starts with one chance, then you get another chance per 200 karma, meaning the maximum chances you can have are 6. Rank has no impact on this system.
