The Case of the disappear plots -- Uncovering the truth.

Hello everyone (= I know that most of you probably remember the disappearing plots. Me, HGS, and others had their plots erased. People blamed this on the user Genetic_ 'cause he tpa'ed to the people who got their plots erased. BUT I think it's time for a little investigating.

First off: a clue appeared when it was happening to me. A user name Nergin tpa'ed to this Genetic on my plot, then right after my plot disappeared. So can there be a 2nd person on this mess, or is it Genetic_ being framed? Then, the 2nd thing, I noticed that regular users didn't get their plots erased. Only ranks. Plus, I am a builder, and my builds mean something to me. I advertised for a Build team a few days before the incident, so that could've gotten him the message. And HGS said that he worked on his plot for 2 years, so that narrows down the eraser's targets. and one of the staff said nothing in the logs said anything about clearing plots, so it had to be a hacker.

Now, before I announce the possible theories, PLEASE, if you were attacked by one of these people, put that down in the comments below. For example: like how long until it happened, who tpa'ed to you, and anything extra like a 2nd tpa. Also, your rank.

Let's announce the theories.

Theory 1: Genetic_ is the culprit

Theory 2: Nergin is the culprit.

Theory 3: They were BOTH working together


Now, the first theory has flaws. One: why would he allow someone to tpa if he was doing it? wouldn't he want no witnesses? also, he pleaded SO MUCH that he didn't do it. he told me he was 12, an didn't have the ability to hack. Now he may have been lying, but the logs did say there was NOTHING about it, so it had to be the work of a professional hacker. But said he was recording people insulting him. So how did he pull a recording device so quickly?

2nd Theory: Nergin is the culprit. For me, this Nergin tpa'ed to Genetic_, then right after, my plot disappeared. My guess here is that he was using Genetic_ so that he could frame him and get away. But there is a flaw or two. why would Genetic_ be letting Nergin tpa to him? In a very SHORT interview with Genetic_ *only about 2 questions*, he said he didn't know Nergin.

And now for the final theory: they both were doing it. Like I said, Genetic_ did pull up a recording device very quickly, so he must've had it ready. Also why would Genetic_ keep letting Nergin tpa to him? This theory states that they BOTH committed the crime. One would erase plots, while the other would record the insults. This is a VERY clever plan, and this has the LEAST amount of flaws. And he did say that he didn't erase the plots, but he didn't say anything about working with Nergin. Finally, the 3rd question in the interview "If you don't know Nergin, then why would you let him tpa to you?" He never answered the question, so that leads me to think: was he hiding something? And btw, people who said that there was no Nergin on your plot, and your plot was still deleted, a tpa'ed person takes a while to load. So he could've have done it quickly, then went back to his plot.


Thank you for reading this. Genetic_ to me seems innocent to me, so I would like to have the 2nd theory be right, but In my conclusion, theory 3 seems the most believable. Well, I hope this solves some questions. The reason I did this was that Genetic_ was banned after a Staff was being spammed with requests for banning Genetic_, and I didn't want to feel guilty for someone being banned, without him committing the crime. Please, leave any other evidence, or witness accounts in the comments below, So I could update this. and Thx for reading it (=


( P.S. the first question of my interview was "did u let Nergin tpa to you?" He replied with a yes )

I would just like to point out that indeed my plot was cleared, but I know for a fact that it was Generic_ that cleared my plot since he was the only one at my plot at the time besides ClayCake, but I've known him since I joined this server so he couldn't have done it. And I did see in chat people were spamming to ban Generic_,but then someone earlier on that day had said that it was Nergin whom cleared their plot. So, in all honesty I think your third theory is right in that Generic_ and Nergin did it. BTW if you can't tell I am Elite.

Now when I come on when my ban is over and My plot is cleared I will end up complaining because I had pretty good stuff on my plots and Oh no.. My Cat and Snow man and milk bucket, Well that was an achievement ruined ;-;

Well, thank you, and Your elite status proves my point they were targeting elites.

You can actually find the hack on Internet. Also, hacks can also remove any evidence in the files. :p

There was actually more ELITE reports than other ranks report. Maybe they used non-elite or E+ plots for tests. Also @Hunger_Games_Sheep, yellow is hard to read on white :p. Also, both we're hackers because, ppl were reporting Nergin only sometimes and i got Genetic trying to TP when i was on ClayCake's plot then, Nergin tryed. Also, Nergin means Energy in Basque. So, could it be a link between them? (Genetic_Energy) (Just a theory m8s)

Never though about that, and yes I know yellow is hard to read on white, but YOLO xD

Well, your Genetic_Energy idea proves that they know each other
 
Only staff members have access to clearing people's plots, either they were disposed and they were claimed by them and then cleared.

They weren't necessarily targeting Elites, because they did clear many plots near spawn and a few of the staff's plots..

To a current extent, hackers can't clear other players plots.

if they were they could have used another hack that gives you the possibility to tp (like not /tpa but /tp) to ppl and would have tped to every elite
