That annoying "Invis. glitch"

Well, like the title says, After the 1.8 update *sometimes* the bystander - murderer is invisible
And that gives the bystander - murderer a higher chance to win.
The only way *I know* to kill the :
-bystander : Throwing the knife at him/her
-Murderer : Look at the "running particles" If running
If not, ... gg.
So, Is there other exaplanation about this "glitch" ?
Because, I have seen a lot of people saying :
-Nice invis. hax
-Glitch explioter
-Can you turn off your hax?
It's so annoying.

Yeah it's annoying so many people are being called a hacker and they won't believe me when I say it's just a glitch but I think it's being worked on

If you are the murderer, you can look for footprints on the ground, and then throw the knife at the end of the footprints.

If you are a bystander, you can look for the running particles, as Neko said. If they throw a knife at you, then you can shoot your gun in the direction the knife originated.
