On skype, teamspeak, any system that you use for chat.

Once a month we have staff meetings on TeamSpeak, but using your voice is optional. The meetings are not required but recommended that you attend. On Skype, we have a staff chat where we communicate by messages. Nobody has to use there voice, it will not effect anything because you can get your message accross by typing.
