The premise of this story - A team of 13 people are tasked with a mission. Their leaders at Vil. Inc. tell them that they need to take out Miste, a team that consists solely of Heroes. See these teens aren't your average teens, they are Villains in training. People who grew up in a rough life, or hate the Heroes for some reason. Vil. Inc is made up of people like that, charismatic villains who hold grudges, or are just there because they need the money, or want to have some fun. Team 13 goes undercover at Miste, and must use their powers to take down the Heroes.

Character Claim is closed and I’ll probably add a few ocs in there because I’m excited to write, and need something to do while I can’t sleep, I hop everyone enjoys!

Personality - She is energetic and fun loving, and one of the nicest people you would ever meet. She can get dark very quickly with you talk about her mother, and will do what is necessary to succeed. She is headstrong, and will sometimes run into situations she didn't think about first. She loves to joke around and go out with friends, and is very self conscious, though she never shows it. She also is very loyal, and if you hurt someone she loves, or deceive her in anyway, your best bet is to run. She is very trusting, and if you break her trust, she will hate you forever, and isnt likely to forgive you.
Looks - A short lilac pixie cut that is tied into a darker purple bandana. She wears standard training clothes, leggings and a t-shirt. When she isnt training, she has circle glasses, overalls covered in paint, and a yellow croptop hoodie. She is short and slim, which she often uses to her advantage to sneak up and speed into things. Her hair is wild and messy under her bandana, and blonde roots can sometimes be seen. Her eyes are hazel, and her face is covered in freckles. She is a paler skintone, with a small pointed nose. Overall she looks like a cute toddler.
Power - She can make people see things. For example she can give people their worst nightmare, but the drawback is it weakens her, and can often make her pass out.
WATAV.I.? - Her mother was a popular hero named Dream, back when she still lived in Britain. She wanted to be a hero just like her mom, and would work really hard. Another hero named Sharke was power hungry, just below Dream. Sharke came up with a plan, which ended up in him killing Dream just for power. Zeo grew to despise heros after that, claiming they were all power hungry jerks. Her lifelong goal is to kill the hero at the top, Sharke.
Extra - She has a charming upper class British accent, which she says makes her seem fancier than she is.

Personality- Naomi is fiesty and cheeky, she's a quick thinker and always has something to say and isn't afraid to say it to your face even if it comes across as rude. She will never say something she won't say to your face, making her quite trustworthy in terms of not speaking behind others backs. She's smart and uses that to her advantage, she does not care if she comes across as if she's acting above others, she will not pass an opportunity if she can take it unless it risks something which is too important to her.
She has a more creative side, however it's something she chooses not to show as much, but it has helped her on the odd occasion as she thinks outside the box. She's extremely confident and her self esteem is healthy. She's worked incredibly hard to get to this over the past three years.
She's very expressive when communicating and has an understanding of others emotions and generally knows the right thing to say.
Looks- Naomi has somewhat dark tanned skin, which is dotted with visibly darker freckles. She has dark brown eyes which are sometimes mistaken for black. Her hair is brown and very curly, it has a good volume and is quite healthy. She's a good height of 5'7 and is a tad underweight being only 112 lbs, however it isn't too bad. Overall she's relatively healthy.
Shes got a septum piercing and a tragus piercing in he left ear. She also has a tattoo of five birds flying on her hip, each representing a friend she lost.
Her usual outfit is a grey sleevless Calvin Klein jumper and white shorts, paired with white gazelles for shoes.

Power- Naomi has telepathy and telekinesis. She has spent the past 3 years training herself to become more advanced at her abilities and has more control now, however can become weakened if she overdoes it.
Why are they at Vil. Inc.?-

Spoiler: Kinda Long

When Naomi was younger, she and five friends of hers had made a bond over their current situations and dreams. They met at a concert when they were eight and bonded thanks to the experience. The six very very close and shared life experiences which shaped who they were and caused a deeper bond than most, she was even romantically interested in one of them.
When they were fifteen they attended a concert of the same singer which had brought them together. During the concert, the roof collapsed due to an unfortunate purposeful event, with Naomi barely surviving. She had been saved by a hero, and at the time was grateful until she found out her friends were not as lucky. In her grief, she blamed those who had helped her, as she felt undeserving of her safety at the cost of many others, especially including those she loved more than anything. She felt they did not try hard enough to help others and felt they were cruel and selfish.
She had an unfortunate incounter with the person who'd saved her afterwards, finding out that had they gotten there a couple minutes sooner, no one would have died. He acted carelessly about it and throughout their meeting he acted arrogantly. Her anger developed over time and decided they needed to pay, the experience altered her personality and her attitude towards people. She joined as a result of the belief Heroes were selfish and lazy.

tldr: Roof collapsed at a concert, her closet friends all died, so she felt undeserving of being saved and blamed the heroes for not getting everyone out.
She then had a bad incounter with the person who saved her afterwards and they revealed everyone would've been saved if they got there minutes earlier. As a result she believed heroes were selfish and lazy and decided to join.
Extra- She has an Italian accent, due to fact she spent most of her younger life in Naples. She is also fluent in Italian.

I don't usually use this OC much and her background is still a mess, so she's not very well developed. She just might be the better of my oc's.

Personality- .Tele is as sweet as honey if not sweeter, and no matter how much he tries to act closed off and cold, he just can't. He gets really excited when he gets to hang out with his team, and is often quite cheery when they just hang out together and aren't in combat. He is a very jumpy person when out of combat, but he pushes his fears down for the most part when he's in combat. He can be very mysterious, especially to people he has yet to trust. He is very loyal once he considers someone trustable, he would never betray them. He is a pushover when it comes to his father, and a bit to his teammates. He is often quite shy and cowardly of those with intimidating aura, and will often stutter around someone he finds to be intimidating or scary. He is very fearful around his father, as he tries so hard to impress him that he often messes up for the rest of the team. Tele is very generous and protective of his teammates, however he will go against their commands and spare people/heroes quite often. He often observes, or stalks, people for a certain period of time before coming up to them. He does this so that he can learn more about them, and figure out if they can be deemed trustworthy or not. He also does this with enemies, silently stalking his prey to find their weak spot, then exploiting it. He's extremely agile and stealthy, he never makes a sound when stalking a target, and is able to climb or maneuver around literally anything. He dislikes it when people tag along with him when he's in stealth mode, as most of the time he gets caught because of the person or people who insist on coming. He often splits himself off from his team, or so it seems, when in reality he has the high ground and is protecting them from above. He almost never stays on the ground, he much prefers a height advantage of some sort. When he is up high or has some form of height advantage he feels a lot more confident in himself, and is much more capable of pushing his anxiety and fears aside to fight. However, when he loses that high ground all his fears and anxiety come rushing back, and he can't focus right. He's a very team-oriented person, although most say he isn't. When his teammates think he went off to go do his own thing or is going ahead without listening, he is actually protecting them from a distance or scouting the area so they can't be jumped. He's very loving and caring to those he considers trustable, like his teammates. He often would try to protect his teammates, although he is quite weak in fist v fist combat and if he loses his height advantage he is practically a sitting duck. He is incredibly skilled at distanced combat, like using snipers or arrows, but he is very poor at melee or face-to-face combat .

Verbal description: . He has a more pear-shaped body, wearing a black oversized hoodie with a glitched screen on the front, black jeans, and white shoes. He wears a TV helmet/mask that he refuses to take off, no matter what. The TV has a face that represents his facial emotions. He has black skin, as his first attempt using his power was when he tried to go through a wall while the black paint had yet to dry, and the paint permanently colored his skin as a result. He has freckles and dimples, which show on the TV screen's face. He's 5'2, and his original skin color was a tan kind of color .

Spoiler: "Glitch"

. He has a power he calls "Glitch". It allows him to go through any solid object, including people and bullets/arrows/swords/etc, however if he goes through a solid that is too thick or if he goes through a liquid, he will glitch. This basically means that his body will start glitching and the screen on his TV helmet/mask will have a warning sign. He will be paralyzed due to the glitch for up to a minute .

Why are they at Vil. Inc.?- . His father is the most well known villain, whom all are afraid of. His father, from birth, already had plans for Tele. He forced Tele to be evil, and said if he refused to be a villain that he'd kill Tele. He doesn't really want to be evil, let alone kill people, but he was given no choice. His father practically brainwashed him into thinking all heroes deserved to die, and so Tele had been taught to think that way his entire life. He never tells anyone his name, let alone his last name, because rumors spread that the most evil of villains had a child. But he didn't want to be known as this villain's child, and the mention of his father makes him snap, so he keeps it a secret. He doesn't want to be compared to that monster. His father checks up on him everyday, making sure he does as he's told. But he always wears a cloak when he does, so that his teammates will not know of who he is or who Tele is. Tele tries his best to impress his father, knowing that there are often consequences if he doesn't .
Extra- Tele is a Demi girl, and was born female. This means that he has a connection to being both male and female, but his female/feminine connection is stronger than his male. He prefers male pronouns, but is also fine with she/her and they/them pronouns. His preferences in pronouns go from he/she/they in that order.

Tele uses a bow and arrow most of the time as his preferred weapon of choice. He has special arrows he uses for it, such as ice arrows, fire arrows, or explosive arrows. He uses a spear with blades at both ends when in melee combat, but since he is horrible at melee combat he rarely uses it.

Also, Tele is kind of like my online persona, hence why he has the same gender and sexuality as me. Just in case you were curious.

Personality- Konton is a snarky, Cynical fellow who is quite the pessimist. He used to admire heros untill the untimely death of his girlfriend which was caused by a hero. After this he grew resentful and was set on revenge. He himself is bitter and a loner. He dislikes other people going out of his way to avoid/annoy them. He's a sarcastic character and has a very mild egotistical outlook on life.
Looks- Konton has medium length black which is unkept and just falls scruffily over his head. He has coal coloured irises which are just lighter than his pupils. He has a verticle scar across his left eye which has slightly damaged his vision.
He had an athletic build and stands at 5"11. He generally wears dark colours like black or grey. Most of the time he wears a grey tee with a black jacket, black skinny jeans and trainers.
Power- He can shoot black beams of energy out of his body, mainly his hands and create duplicates of himself

Personality; Andi is very blunt, and speaks her mind. She puts up a wall around herself to not get hurt, so she seems mean and cruel. On the inside she is a nerd, who just wanted to impress her parents. Once you get to know her she is very kind and gentle, and gives good advice even if she hasn’t been in that type of situation. She is extremely smart, since most of her childhood she would try to impress her parents so she would pull so many all-nighters and so much time in the library its bonkers. On the outside, she is serious and a good fighter, with her emotions she seemed to “flip her switch” and shows nothing. She is a nature and animal lover, she honestly loves animals more than people at this point. She has extreme anxiety and insecurities of not being good enough, so she writes down her thoughts when having a panic attack and pets her snake.

Looks- She has her hair cut to her shoulders, it is dirty blonde but with little spikes of highlights. She has light green eyes, that sometimes seem blue in some lighting spaces. She has dimples in the corners in her mouth. She has a little button nose, with freckles on the bridge of her nose. She is 5”4 and about 112 lbs, which comes to her advantage for tiny or tight spaces to hide in. She usually wears a leather jacket with the sleeves rolled up, black ripped jeans, some sort of band tee, with some black combat boots. For training she just wears athletic shorts and a basic tee with her hair in a pony tail. She also carries around a rundown ed backpack full of books and her journal.

Power; Andi’s power is manipulation which means she can manipulate anything into something that she wants it to be. The downside is that she could easily mess up and do something seriously wrong.

Why are they at Vil. Inc?; All her life she always wanted to be the best of the best and impress her parents. But it was never enough to them, when she would see heroes on the tv she would get jealous and her parents would often say “why can’t you be like them”, and “why can’t i have a daughter that is interesting.” Which really affected her, she then blew up her parents were extremely upset with this behavior so they kicked her out. She has been on her own since she was 14, seeing all these heroes thrive with there family’s cheering them on in the background. She has then grown tough and emotionless, she is now seeking for revenge.
Extra- She has a pet snake, Charlie, that hangs out on her shoulder or backpack, and crawls out to help her when she has a panic attack or someone is attacking her.

Personality; He is very protective of Andi and would probably kill a person if they harmed her. Once you earn his trust though he is very gentle, and treats you like family. He gets very aggressive when he doesn't have his food or when he does something good and doesn't get a treat. He is basically part dog, he can do some tricks like fetch the mouse, stay, speak, and settle down.

Power; He is venomous but doesn't bite unless he has too, he can strangle you instead. He has perfect aim when trying to catch something or is trying to eat someone. But mostly he is a perfect little angel.

Why are they at Vil. Inc?; Uhh...so he kinda just tagged along with Andi but he feels her pain with her. She usually talks her problems out with him so he knows all the tea. Andi also saved him from a pet store where he was wrongly treated and he kinda feels as if he owes her his life.

Personality: rae is full of sarcasm. she's quiet at times, but speaks up when she needs to. usually when she talks, it comes out sharp and harsh, although sometimes she doesn't mean it to be. she doesn't quickly get close to people, but she develops crushes very quickly, normally on females. people often thinks she some quiet rude person, but she's pretty funny and nice, if you approach the right way. she struggles with anxiety and has panic attacks occasionally, but she's learning to control them and stay calm. she's looking for someone she can trust.

Why are they at Vil. Inc.? rae's parents worked there, but died by heroes when she was 13. rae then decided it would be her mission to kill the heroes, like they did to her parents. everything she does, she does in mind of her parents.
Extra: although her power is simple, she's learned to use it to her best ability. she is extremely good at parkour and self-defense. so with her speed she'll run up walls, backflip off of them, and probably kick you in the face hah.

Personality- Esther is someone who is often questioning herself and those around her. She isn't the smartest around, but she is very observant towards others' emotions. She usually asks for things before doing much, in fear of doing something incorrectly. She doesn't have very high standards for things, and seems to be a bit too patient with her peers. Esther herself is a very kind individual, but she will come off as strange, or slightly annoying. She is a very big team player, and if it means jumping off a building to impress others, she will not hesitate to do so. She never really raises her voice, but she doesn't stutter.
Looks- Esther stands at about 5'1, and has a more pear shaped body. She has smaller shoulders, and appears more weak. She is pale, and has several freckles all over her body. Her hair is a sandy blonde, and is usually kept down. Her bangs are usually in front of her eyes. Her eyes mostly appear to be closed, but in reality, her eyes are just always slightly open. Her eyes are silver. She has a button nose, and small lips. Her face is rounder, and she has squishy cheeks. She is often seem wearing a beige sweater that goes above her knees, along with black skinny jeans and beige converse. There's a little bear face on her sweater.
Power- Her power is the ability to see what will happen in 10 seconds beforehand. Also including the power of superhuman strength.
Why are they at Vil. Inc.?- She was born to a family in which they praised villains due to the fact that saw themselves as outcasts. Esther joined the Vil. Inc. because she had to. To be really honest, she doesn't even want to be here, but she thinks that this will lead her to some type of future that her parents will be happy with.

Nickname- Bons (She goes by this as no one in Team 13 knows of her real name)

Sexuality- Lesbian
Personality- Hero has a thick pride. She doesn't like help from others and is very protective of the people she cares about. She likes to keep her personal life away from Team 13 and will always have a sarcastic or snappy comeback if one of the team ask about it. Following onto that Hero is a very sarcastic person but only when needed. She is a born leader but will most likely not accept the job if it is handed to her. Hero likes to go between observing and fighting, she always thinks about her actions unless they are to save someone, then she will be reckless. At first she will always seem like shes dispises the rest of her teammates but in reality she doesnt like getting close to people incase she looses them. Hero will not take a second to think if someone is in danger, Hero, Villain, Civillian but can just as easily kill and injure if need be. She is quite the complicated person but once she finally let's you through you'll see that all she wants is to protect the people she cares about and is actually nice and all.
Looks- Hero has darkish tanned skin with darker freckles lining under her eyes and across her nose. Due to her power her appearence can differ but her main eye colour is a dark emerald green. She changes her hair alot aswell but the main 2 hairstyles you will see her with are chest lengh pastel pink hair, curly and short turqoise, poofy hair. These hair cuts can vary on how she feels but her main one would be the pastel pink. At home she has waist lengh, wavy, dark brown hair but never keeps it when with team 13. For her outfit she will normally wear Black combat boots with stone washed ripped jeans, fishnets and a combat green tank top tucked in. Hero always wears a light blue bandana left with her by her biological family, in some way, mainly under her long hair and up the front, tied into a knot. She also has a belt that can hold weapons etc. Hero loves accessories and normally wears a black choker, has a spectrum piercing and both ear lobes pierced, her right ear also pierced in the herlix. She also has a few tattoos that she can get rid of if need be (If you need me to describe them let me know). Hero comes to a height of 5'9 and a average sized figure.

Power- Hero's power is Morph. She can morph her body such as Changing hair, nose, eyes, face shape etc. She can also adjust her height and figure. Hero can also morph into a person but she must see them and she can only morph the things that she sees so if someone if wearing a dress and cant see a birthmark or something it wont be there. If someone is also sitting down she will have to guess alot of the body shape, height etc.
Why are they at Vil. Inc.?- Hero is one of 6 brothers and sisters. At a young age she was abandoned and set to live on the streets by a cuban family. She was then found by the adoptions agency and lived in an orphanage until she was 11 when a young latino couple adopted her. They also adopted 7 others, her being the oldest. The family was not rich, infffact the complete oppisate. The couple worked 3 jobs each to keep it going and Hero helped out in any way she could. At the age of 16 there was a huge attack when a Hero was fighting a villain. The hero caused so much distruction while fighting the villlain and caused the small house her family lived in to be crushed and set on fire. She was badly injured along with 3 others of her siblings. Two of her siblings died, one of them being the one she got along most with most, Moe who was paralyzed from the waist down when adopted. Hero wanted revenge and also, with the family now in debt and struggling more then ever, wanted to earn money. Hero keeps her personal life away to protect her family since she doesnt trust these villains.

Personality- Robyn is an extrovert; she is good at making friends quickly, but also is known to pick up toxic ones. She is outgoing and snarky; her attitude can appear slightly outrageous; she is unforgiving with what she says. Robyn is one for gossip but knows when to be kind. She can be both deadly serious and mature while also being hilarious and ridiculous. Robyn can be charismatic and eloquent, using her words to get her way. She is extremely intelligent but is rarely cocky about it; she is rude when needed. Robyn is also very sceptical and finds it difficult to trust someone; she’s learnt from past mistakes never to trust someone easily.
Looks- Fair skin, standing at 5'8, Robyn is the average weight for her height. She has black wavy hair that trails into bright green, which goes just past her shoulders: she dark grey eyes and thick eyebrows. Robyn typically wears black bardots, ripped skinny jeans with fishnets and chunky heeled boots. Another outfit she wears is a black bomber jacket embroidered in roses; dark blue ripped jeans with fishnets, thigh holsters, headphones around her neck, white t-shirt and black converses. She is also one for accessories, she wears a plain black choker, has multiple piercings (septum, industrial, lobe and upper lobe, helix, etc.) and always has at least two rings on her fingers.

Why are they at Vil. Inc.?- Robyn has spent the majority of her life in New York where she lived with her single mother and younger brother, Scott, in Queens. She was a high achieving student during high school, leaving with straight A's, her passion for graphic design and photography eventually translated into a passion for hacking and shooting. When she was thirteen years old, Robyn was introduced to a ‘Cadets’ club which in actuality was a youth military training base. She spent the majority of her life there, and when her grades fell behind in school, she simply cheated by downloading the answers of her tests and exams, hence the straight A’s. Graduating from high school, Robyn went full time with her military training and is notorious for taking down any firewall or safeguarding system. But when she took on her first field mission when she was 18, she was backstabbed. Robyn became compromised by her own people and was held prisoner by enemies who used her as a test subject. This was how she gained her powers of darkness manipulation, which she used to escape her captives and vowed vengeance against those who betrayed her and kept her prisoner, eventually joining Vil. Inc.
Extra- She has a translation implant in her skull so she can understand all languages both verbally and written in real time.

Nickname - Cece (from the 'Se' in Seline) - prefers being called this than Seline.

Personality - Seline appears energetic and happy-go-lucky but hidden under that facade is a calculated and manipulative girl who almost always has ulterior motives behind the ones that are immediately obvious when she does something.
She comes across as very trusting but she is constantly observing the slightest movements that those around her make - due to how trusting she seems, people are quick to underestimate her and believe she's easier to fool that she is.
Despite how observant and manipulative she is, Seline does have a lot of 'tells'. She tends to put her hands into her pockets when she's nervous, or make a quiet, short 'humming' sound when she thinks someone's lying ( "hmm..." ). When she lies she often begins to play with her hair slightly, puts one hand into a pocket or plays with the spare hair-band she keeps on her left wrist.

Looks - She has long, red hair that is often tied into one long braid and her eyes are a light, sky blue colour. She often wears a long, blue jacket, a red/orange crop-top, grey shorts and red trainers with short, grey socks. Seline is 4'11 and approximately 91 lbs, she has pale skin and burns easily in the sun - first getting light freckles, then beginning to get sun-burnt.

Power -

Spoiler: Wilt

Wilt is Seline's power. As the name suggests, she can make living organisms 'Wilt' in the same way as a flower might 'Wilt'. Her power is very dangerous/deadly, however it takes a lot out of Seline for her to kill someone with it (or even to just knock them out). 'Wilt' doesn't have to kill someone though, it can merely render them unconscious for a few hours.
'Wilt', if not used correctly, can also backfire on the bearer of the power and 'Wilt' them.
Seline's power can also 'Wilt' other's powers - this means that if - for example - Bons uses her Morph ability, Seline can use 'Wilt' to turn Bons back into her normal form (this works similarly for any other power that shows people anything 'false' - e.g Zeo's power - however, Seline has to figure out that there's something being falsified, which can be difficult, and she won't just use 'Wilt' on a whim because of how unpredictable it can be, even for Seline who's very skilled in the use of 'Wilt').

Why are they at Vil. Inc.? - Seline had an older sister, the hero known as Electro (due to her electric powers), she grew up being compared to Electro constantly, "Why are you so closed off, be more social like your sister!", "You only got 86%, your sister got 97%!", "Why can't you use your power to help people, like your sister does?". Seline grew to hate her sister, who often agreed with these types of statements, and - upon finding out about Vil. Inc - realised that she could beat her sister, finally surpass Electro, if she became a villain.
