We need a terrible highschool-teenage-movie 2004-esque that has the jocks, the outcasts, the goths, the foxy teachers, that gay kid that hangs with the ladies constantly, that one hippie with incredibly poor hygiene, locker-shoving and toilet-swirly-ing, the preppy cheerleaders who date the jocks, and that one focused protagonist that goes from geek to hero by the end.

It also has to have an annoyingly-basic title like "PartyZone High" or something.
