Duplicate Suggestions tags and where to find them

This one is really simple.
Add and use an "In Progress" tag to the closed suggestions.
Because we have "Implemented" but nothing to say what is going to be implemented, but you guys can't do right now because you're noobs who are bad at coding ahahah busy with something else.
It could possibly also have its own folder, so you guys know where to look when you're ready to add said suggestions.
