So nowadays, I think we can all agree, that taggers no longer are just disadvantaged like they used to be. They technically win a lot more than free, but sometimes glitches prevent the game from saying they did win. These are beside the point however.
Wouldn't you like to have a chance as a Free runner? A swarm of taggers around you, but there is just one area where their coverage is weak. This suggestion would allow the user to stun a singular tagger for about 10 seconds, preventing them from tagging, moving, or seeing. This item would be rare (about one spawn a game at most common, about one spawn every 5 rounds for most rare.)
The user would need to be a hero to do this, as they would need to be within tagging distance of the victim tagger for it to work. Like all other powerups, it's one use only, and then it's gone
User gets into a dangerous encounter with a tagger

User charges at the tagger with the stun item.

User hits the tagger before they get tagged, stunning the tagger
Tagger gets unstunned, and the free runner is long gone
