Is it allowed to accuse people hacker? Because someone in the lobby start spreading message about me hacking and knows where he is. It starts to get annoying and he is saying "Be ready for your ban, hacker" Even though I did not hack

Punishments can not be issued without valid proof. If you do not hack, then you should have nothing to worry about as you will not be banned without proof. People call others hackers and threaten to report, however this can be for many reasons.
