HI, I have a question about the map submitting, I don't know what does it mean by more than one level, Does it mean more than one story buildings?

Essentially yes but you can do different styles to change the level. For example, a recent build submission uses mines that go down a level rather than tall buildings. This is mainly to try and avoid large open maps for Murder as that defeats some of the play style.
