Why does only people that has VIP get to be Helper? I mean, some people can help without being a VIP. Donating money to get a special rank isn't really good in my opinion, you might miss the chance of a very good helper. They might not have money to donate but they are good at solving problem and arguments. Sorry if this question is dumb ;-;

This isn't a dumb question! You're totally fine. We put VIP or above in the requirements because if we didn't, just about anyone could apply.
