I was thinking of adding a title or a rank called Staff Veteran. It would be for people who have been a certain rank (maybe Mod or SrMod, haven't chosen.) for a certain amount of time, (maybe a year or 6 months, haven't chosen.) and have resigned, they would get Veteran Staff rank. Or something. All it would do is be a visual replacement to the rank they had when applying for Helper. So instead of being VIP with VIP perks, you would get Veteran Staff with VIP perks. Same thing goes with All the ranks, including Hipster.

I know this is a -1 for me but Why? And I have to go to school, Bye.

I feel it would give recognition to staff members who have been working at their job for a long time. All it is is s change in name.

This already exists, retired veteran administrators have and will be receiving Hipster at some point. Current examples include @TriSarahTops, @GamerGuts.

Perhaps it will eventually branch out to retired moderators/senior mods, who knows.
