Rejected Staff List Organization

I know a similar suggestion was recently, but this is different!

I know that now the staff list doesn't have any organization, and it would be hard to code that in.

So what if, in instead of having all the staff in one list, what if there were separate boxes? I know it might clutter up a lot, but if there's a way for them to only show up when that rank of staff is online, that would be nice

The staff list is organised based on the last activity of staff members, the most recently active will be at the top of the list. This helps to provide players with a staff member who is online to answer their questions in PMs and won't be changed.
