I agree... the ratio for staff to players is about 2.5, therefore it should be when we talk, we go down one, and when staff talk, we go up 2.5.

Also can't we just start from 0 again, like the staff got to 69 then the new rule was added and we were at -30 so yea 0 would just make things better with a fresh start

We'll restart at 0, and non-staff will make it go down by 1, and staff will make it go up by 2. Lol this is much more fair.
