Staff are like Teachers at schools.

I know this is random but this is what I think when they are helping with bullies.

Teachers(Staff Members) help when students(Players,Default) are getting bullied and decide what their punishment might be for bullying for example isolation(Mute).

If they keep being mean/Bullying the next step would be longer isolation(Longer Mute) and if they don't stop the next step would be exclusion(Temp-ban for a day).

If they don't stop after all that the next step would be Perm-Exclusion(Perm-ban for advertising or swearing).
What I think the staff are in teacher base ranking.
Helper - Teaching assistant.
Mod - Student support/teacher.
Jr admins - Tech workers (Sorting out all the systems for the Computers for the school e.g Loggings and banned websites.)
Admins - Assistant head.
Owners - Head Teachers.

Now to player ranks in school ranking system.
Default - First year in school.
Vip and Vip+ - Just started Middle school.
Hipster - Last year in school. (Senior year)
Builders and artists - Left school and in jobs. (Building or Artists work)

I know most people hate Teacher but it was the first thing what came to mind.
Anyway Teachers are only doing their jobs and teaching us so why should we hate them?
 
Is this supposed to be a comparison between teachers and staff members? Or are you suggesting alternative names for ranks? :p
 
This is a comparison because Teacher and staff are kinda a like They help Students (Players) When they are getting bullied.
That is why I posted this I know most people won't agree with me but it was the first thing what came to mind when I thought what are staff member like.
 
Teachers are fun, teachers are great(unless they're terrible or unless you're oblivious to everything they say). And they also make good sources of laughter. For example, a misbehaving boy said he had flu(which is really annoying because the whole class is probably infected now). The teacher, in anger and frustration, said,"The flu will flee away."

It's a lot funnier when you say it in an immature tone IRL.
 
I agree, there are teacher's that don't motivate student's to work but it's extremely important to commit to education and bringing yourself a brighter future.

Also I don't want to be referred to as a "Teaching assistant"... -_-
 
As long as they're not maths teachers, this comparison is great :p
 
I don't mind teachers, reason being I need good grades to get a good job in the future for example I would like to be a teaching assistant that is why I'm keeping my head down and doing my work to get the grades I need to do that job, So even if you don't like that teacher they are only there to help you get a good education to get a good job in the future.
 
Well, the one thing I disagree with is that while I agree with the teacher part, I'm a default and I am DEFINITELY not in my first year of school. Besides that, pretty accurate.
