Staff appreciation day

this was inspired by @IntoTheMystic's keep in mind thread. I think there should be one day of the year that is staff appreciation day, and all the staff get appreciated somehow just a simple thank you day to those who were staff to resigned or are still staff!! Thoughts? I may add on some ideas so keep an eye out!!!!

a lot of ppl have made this kinds of threads every one got shot down because you should appreciate every day they do so much for this server so just appreciate them every day

Well, I'm not saying that we don't appreciate them every day, I'm trying to say that it could be an event. Make builds for them, do things on TeamSpeak, and such. You are right though, we SHOULD appreciate them every day.

thats why there would be a day where they would take thought into what staff do for us.

a lot of ppl have made this kinds of threads every one got shot down because you should appreciate every day they do so much for this server so just appreciate them every day

as I said before, some people don't so there should be a day where people get involved instead of not realizing what staff do for us.

I made a post like this before a few months ago... No one cared that much... Like the idea but they should be appreciated every day, including past staff members with all they've done for us.

I'm agreeing with all of the above posts. Staff members do so much and go out of their way to do their best on making the server better. They're always doing something which contributes to the server and spend most of their time doing that - However I don't think we should only have one day of appreciation, even if it is a fun event. Staff deserve so much more than one big day of appreciation, so it's best to just thank the fact that the network have good staff in order to enforce the rules and make everyone happy! c: You don't have to go out of your way to show your gratitude, but I know when people build stuff for staff it makes them really happy, or like a simple comment e.g. "Wow Staff_Member! I love your skin and you help so much! ;D" Comments like that show appreciation and that's something you can do everyday c: Personally I don't think an event is needed to show appreciation, sorry
