This is more of a thread to prevent ghosting and also the idea of ghosting. This problem happens too much in my opinion. Sometimes they are good at ghosting yet other times its easy to counter.
Change 1: teleport the player after they get killed. Allowing the player to not see who killed them.
Change 2: take away information in the spec teleport. The information such as emeralds weapons and if they are innocent or not. So now it should only show their name.
Change 3: instead of telling you who shot you it would do change 1.

Change 4: Before I start on this one I would like to say this one is not one of my main changes and isn't the best idea to implement. I am simply throwing it out there.
Idea beginning : You can only teleport to 1 player or 3 at the maximum. To stop players from checking things out.

Changes 1-3- will help with the player not seeing the murderer.
Change 4- Not intended to implement yet throwing it out there. Change 4 will allow a player to track their friend and the murderer if they know who they are.

Don't implement reasons:
Nothing has gone throw my mind so if you find any reason be sure to tell me! Of course players can easily travel throw the map and find the murderer or their friend.
