Creative /Snatch emote

So! Hey guys! Just saw someone say this in a suggestion I was reading, and I promised to make it for them. So the suggestion is a /snatch emote. Basically, you just simply type /snatch and your result would be <Player's> weave has been snatched! Or, type /snatch <player> and your result would be <Player> snatched <Player's> Weave!
