Implemented Small things...

Just a few small things :)

1. The Party Games Prefix - https://mcpz.net/threads/the-party-games-prefix.39184/ (the thread hasn't had anyone say anything on it in more than two weeks)

2. The members page, hasn't really been updated in a long time. Having a title at the top of each page would be nicer, along with a different color for the names in this area (I'm pretty sure that's possible as the names of people that are following me are all green :p) @Aiden thinks that the top three should have special colors 1st - Gold 2nd - Yellow 3rd - Bronze and only on the member's page.

3. Having an "official" thread explaining what each section should be used for. (Like in Questions, answering simple and common questions, maybe also add some less common FAQ to this :p)

3. If you look at each section from forum's tab point of view it gives a description so it really isn't too needed.

If on the profile then YES I WANT A COLOUR AND A TITLE

Also maybe in a category first has a golden name, second has a silver one, third has a bronze one.
Maybe make a shiny animation.

Also will it be able to be viewed everywhere?

I'm sorry, I don't understand the question... if you mean viewed by everyone, then yes.
 
1. Implemented
2. We've already made sufficient changes to the Members section, particularly in styling of the Staff Members page. No more changes are necessary at this time.
3. Threads with out guides are deemed to be self explanatory. We'll work to produce more thread help posts in the future, but this is a low priority over actual work on the server.
