If you're a helper/mod, do you need to be on everyday or just as often as you can?

As a staff member you do not have to meet a certain criteria for being online, as it's understood that we all have lives of our own and cannot be expected to be on twenty four seven. Of course, you still need to be as active as you possibly can, however if you cannot be online every single day it's understood and isn't required.
