If you mean the app for Minecraft, that's something we can't do. Minecraft and Miencraft PE are two separate games and run on different softwares, you cannot connect the two unless Mojang does it. There are other multiplayer servers for Minecraft PE, however!

If you mean the forums, it should work for you on your cellphone/mobile and your computers!
