So I'm trying to change my profile cover, but when I upload a new image/gif, it stays the same, even when I remove it. Would anyone know why it's doing that?

This is a bug, it does update it but it just takes time to register that its updated, so it may stay the same or go back to the default partyzone banner before it updates properly, this has happened to me before as well. If it doesn't update after a couple of hours then contact a dev about the issue.
