This is an Signature Shop. If you don't know what is a signature shop, read it here:
Well, a Signature Shop is when someone open/write an thread with a signature shop. Some shops are free, and some are not free. When it's not free, you need to pay to the shop owner and he'll make you the signature as requested. But this one, is free! You just need to apply/request with an format.

1. IGN - You just put your In-Game Name. (Or any other name you want to put in).
2. Any Specified Image For The Letters? - Well, this is a little kind of hard to explain. So, like, mine signature, as you can see, the letters hasn't only one color, I putted a image in the letters. I putted an image of wood planks, a different wood planks. If you want one like mine, I'm sorry, but I can't find the image again, maybe it was removed. I'm sorry. But all other images you're free to ask. It can be all types of images! (If you send me any image that is very small, maybe it will be a little worst than if it was a good-sized image, but it's almost impossible to see that it is bad-sized. (Sorry for my bad english, I hope you understand).
3. What item(s) you want behind the name? - Well, in my signature, I have a diamond pickaxe behind my name. It is to the right. Well, I don't make only diamond pickaxe signatures, if you check the examples that I made for other people below, you'll see that there's one with two diamond swords, etc. If you ask to I put, for example, an apple, maybe it will not even appear cause the letters hide it. So make sure to ask for something that isn't small. I recommend ask for any tools, but remembering, you can ask for all Minecraft Item/Icons!
Ah, I can also put the apple(for example) in the side of your name, not behind, maybe it gets better.
