Well you can't because:
1. You don't have at least 25 trophy points.
2. You haven't done /link <email> in the lobby
3. If you're 14+ years old that is required
4. You must donate to the server (which you have)
I also don't think that this is in the correct section.

I suggest just wait like a month, get to know everybody, and help out( Repot people breaking the rules etc. ) then apply.

To apply for helper you must
~ Have donated to the server
~ Have been registered on the website for over week
~ Have 25 forum points
~ Be at least 13 years old
~ Not be staff on any other competing networks. (Excluding small servers)

To get ranks on your forums account do /link in lobby with your email you used to make your forum account

You cant apply for mod, mods are helpers that have been promoted.
Don't ask staff to look at you app, it will be denied if you do.
If you get "PartyZone - Error" it most likely means you do not fit all the requirements above.
If you have any problems or questions while applying or trying to apply feel free to ask one of our many staff members for help.
If you are accepted you will be asked to quit any other jobs as staff on other servers.

I would also like to point out we are equal in all of our helper applications and it is not required to be "friends" with a staff member to get helper.
We run an unbiased helper application process in which each application is evaluated by our staff.
It does help to be on the server quite often.

I feel stupid for not know this answer, and that this is not the right place so forgive me for that, but if you were, say 11 or 12 years old, and you applied for helper, could you apply again when you aware the right age. Also if you apply, how long until you know if you got it?

Good luck!
On top of this, you need to do /link with the email that you registered your Forums account with. This will sync your Elite rank with the Forums giving you the ability to apply if all of the other needs have been met. Question answered, Thread Locked.
