We haven't received any user reports from you at the moment.

Make sure that when you go to the user report form that the system didn't log you out as that can have any effect on whether it works or not. If it did, just login again and it should be fixed.

Also, if you file a report multiple times it'll be corrected for you by a Moderator so you don't have to worry
