General Secret Block Suggestion

Maybe when minecraft implements that because they don't really exist is what I've concluded after searching the internet, if it does exist there's no con to adding it! But more detail would be lovely for people to understand it better.

There is a limited number of secret blocks, before the /secretblocks command was added we used the block ID's and data tags. Other then the 6 sided quartz pillar, maybe an obtainable normal mushroom stem, since we can only get 6 sided stem or a normal stem that only faces up.

Secret blocks are fine, but they need to be touched on a little.
