Aight, I'm banned. Staff thinks I'm hacking.
I don't hack. I'd like to show everyone the video that's "proof" of my hacks so everyone/anyone who cares can understand why I am banned, and probably come to the logical conclusion that I don't, but whatever, staff thinks I do, that's what matters

Watch the video real close. A bunch of times, I go faster than Absol, who's spectating, can. I'm wearing depth strider 3 boots, so I don't go slower in water. Other than that, there's literally nothing suspicious in this video at all. Staff claims that I'm using a "disallowed modded client" (their words) to gain " random, short bursts of speed while not being near water/touching water" (their words again). First off, nope, that's not true and you can go watch it yourself. The only time I go faster than a normal player is when in water, and again, I'm wearing depth strider 3 boots.
Secondly, why the heckin' heck would I hack for tiny, random bursts of speed?
Thirdly, if you look closely, sometimes in two block gaps, I jump to bump my head against the ceiling so I go a bit faster. It's really not noticeable unless you're paying attention to the roof, and it's not even a real boost of speed that you could see on camera unless you were looking for a reason to ban someone anyway.
Fourth, Star the HMod says "Unless I can replicate what happened or something he's remaining banned". What the heck kind of a system is that? You can very clearly see in the video that the only times I'm going fast is when I'm going through water, and when I'm in a two block gap and I jump to go a tad bit faster. Both of these things are super ultra easily replicate-able, and if staff really doesn't believe I have depth strider, I know for a fact they can check my inventory.
Fifth, the ban appeal system makes no sense to me. Only the same person that originally banned you gets to review your appeal and unban/keep you banned? In what world does the person who banned you change their mind within the 36 hours from the ban to the appeal? In any logical world, an unbiased and different staff member would review the appeal and evidence. I know in this case several other staff members reviewed it, and since I'm heavily disliked on the server they figured "hey, may as well keep the innocent dude banned", but for most other cases the system makes absolutely no sense.
Yeah, I'm salty. Can you really blame me? I'm banned for something I didn't do, because I killed some kid everyone likes (he had gear I wanted, oops), and I make jokes that're a tad too dark sometimes. It seems blatantly obvious that the only reason they were even watching me to begin with is that someone who didn't like me complained, since I mine alone and I live on my island virtually alone.
No, this isn't an appeal. just a rant
