So, the other day a rumour went around that some user was to hack the server. If you hear this happening, this is probably the best thing to do:
Ignore them: Mcpz is a strong server, so I doubt anyone could "hack" it. Never listen to these rumours, don't freak out, and don't spread it.
Ask staff: If you do feel that it could be true, and the user keeps saying he will hack it, tell staff. They will handle the problem, and the user just wants to make people worry.
Don't keep talking about it: If the user is spamming about it, ignore. If there isn't staff on, contact staff to handle the user. Don't tell other people or go into different lobbies and tell them about it.
I really don't think that this is anything to worry about, so ignore the user(s) and continue playing.
