I think we need a rule handbook in the inventory when your spawned in the hub. Many people don't know about the limit of heads, advirtizing, etc. It would be very helpful. Therefor if they did read it, they would know about the limit etc. and we would have as many problems. I've talked to other players, they said it would be very helpful.
