/rp mute mutes the entire RP chat. Which I find is good for announcements during games, RPs, etc.
But there is always that one person who broke their mute button, and the only choice you have is /rp mute, which mutes all of the players in the RP chat, unless your the owner or an admin of the chat.
[NOTE: /rp admin is currently broken.]
Why not also have a choice of muting multiple players, by doing /rpm [player]
You then can unmute them by doing /rpum [player]
That way not all of the RP chat is unmuted.

ANSWER: Yes! You may toggle it on or off if you want your muted players too see the chat or not.
Do /rpm toggle to do this action.
