The train stood motionless at the station. Stationary. The triplets, Tsuki, Aki and Kumo had travelled all the way to Kansas to get this train. To be fair, they had done that every year for 5 years. This was their last year at Ridgeback, so this was their last train ride. It was enjoyable. You could get up to 5 free snacks on the train, and a drink. The carriages did have doors, but you were allowed to go across them. Not that anyone ever did. Each carriage could fit 10 booths on each side, which each had 2 sofa-type seats that could fit 3 people each. And a table. People usually opted to sit in the middle of a carriage, so they could talk to lots of people, usually make friends, which they would have to do. Ridgeback High School was an amazing school, but tough to survive in with no friends.
