We've all been there. We're building something important and suddenly the server's client makes an entire quarter of your build disappear. What if we had an ability of staff members to call a vote to restart manually?

I honestly don't agree with this, how would this work anyways? There isn't really a point into this because most likely people are going to say yes whenever it's asked, plus it can cause spam example, "Vote yes/no" etc. I don't see a point in this.
I see the logic behind this idea but I just don't think it'll work. As @ArrayLists said it could cause spam and it would lag the server even more. Also, most staff members can't restart creative anyway. Sorry, it's a -1 for me.
Creative restarts based on the actual TPS of the server and if a restart is required, or if the lag will just go away in 5 minutes because someone is doing a heavy WorldEdit. Most players can't recognize server TPS lag compared to their own connection quality or amount frames. If we did this it would cause even more Creative downtime, which we aim to avoid.
Eventually we (the development team) will focus our efforts on revamping Creative and make it a lot more efficient, but until then this current system works.
