Rank that is capable of building maps and hubs.

Insights
Rank that is responsible for leading one of the Insights Teams.

Helper
Staff rank that is capable of taking care of chat related issues and questions.
Obtainable by applying.
Moderator
Staff rank that is capable of taking care of in-game issues (hacking, griefing, etc.), chat related issues, and questions.
Obtainable by being promoted from Helper.
Senior Moderator
Staff rank that is responsible for the upkeep of the staff team with the Staff Manager, contributing to server rule changes, discussion and resolution staff issues, as well as moderator responsibilities.
Obtainable by Staff Manager selected invitation from Moderator.

Staff rank that is responsible for the technical issues of the network.
