1 and 2) I don't necessarily have an opinion of this, I don't think it would be necessary and we have a similar thing on our teamspeak.

I don't know, what's so special about the chatrooms? I mean yeah, it's only for ranked people and Elites and E+'s. But I believe us ranked people already have access to premium channels that non-donors don't have access too. So I think that possibly is a little too much since we already have those premium channels.
Number three, own emojis? That sounds pretty cool! But I again, I really don't have an opinion on this one either.

I don't really see the need for the exclusive chat rooms since we have a similar feature in Teamspeak (though I don't use Teamspeak, so I don't know how that works).
I do like #3 and #5, though. I feel like we've been kind of lacking in emojis for a while; it'd be nice to spice things up a bit. Shoutouts for new donors sounds like a fun thing, too.

Maybe Donors have a Perk to change there colour on the forums like: Auguseh

Now in-game, when someone purchases a rank it is announced in chat. Announcing again on forums would be a bit redundant.
