Creative Rank Feature With /npc create

Okay so I mean we all know what an NPC is it's basically a clone of a player that stands still.
But what if certain ranks could have /npc create and the higher rank would make it so you could have a tiny ammount more?

VIP - Only 1 NPC
VIP+ - 2 NPC
ELITE - 3 NPC
ELITE+ - 5 NPC

I think with that certain limit the server wouldn't make creative laggy as?

I also think this feature would give better access to ELITE+ as it costs quite alot

I like the idea, and I don’t think it would cause too much lag. I think this should be limited for 3 per person, and only Elite+s can add them. Having one NPC per VIP/VIP+ would be too many by itself.
