What Are clubs did you ask?:
If you don't know what clubs are, they are like clans that you can create in-game while on PartyZone. You are able to invite friends, talk in a private club chat, etc... You can create a club whilst in game by typing the command /club create (insert clubs name), name it whatever you want and then go on from there.
OVERLAY:
Since clubs were released I loved them, really fun getting competitive with other clubs and having competitions but the one issue I still have with them, Why can't you earn XP for your club? I am not sure if the devs are planning to do something about it or implement something soon, but one of my ideas was to release daily and weekly quests.
How it will work:
These daily and weekly quests once completed will reward the player with XP that will go towards the club they are in, NOTE:(If they are not in a club they will not be able to activate these quests). These quests can go through every mini-game on the network, from Downgrade to Splatter. Some of these quests can include 'Paint 500 Blocks in splatter', 'Downgrade 20 weapons in downgrade' and even for party games 'Freeze 10 people in Freeze Tag' and to add to that I would want for quests to be used in Elite Survival and Creative. E.g. One of the quests for Elite Survival (Killing 10 mobs in 10 seconds, have 8 ender pearls in your inventory and for creative it could be simple (Join an RP as a weekly quest or visit the karaoke arena in creative) The daily quests can reward you with 1-3k XP while weekly quests which you can do once a week of course and will be harder can reward you with 20k XP for your club, the XP per level will obviously increase per level up for instance lvl 1 to lvl 2 can be 5k XP and so on. This can even allow the devs to add an online or in-game leader board of the highest scoring clubs on the server
Positives:
Will increase the player base on all other mini-games and give them attention by the players.
Will give more ways for players to earn coins instead of constantly playing Murder and earning around ~40 coins per game.
NOTE:
You could possibly earn rewards for yourself and your club members such as coins that you can spend in the mini games. Or even customises for the lobby, for example once your clubs reaches level 50 they can receive a hat that can be worn in Murder and in the main lobby that shows that their club has reached lvl 50 and so on for lvl 100 and every 50 levels
EDIT:
Another thing to drive competition is which ever club gets the most xp (or some other similar objective) in a month has all participating members get a rare goody bag with a better chance of good stuff in it? (Assuming PZ makes the items tiered). I feel like the main lobby is pretty empty at the moment whenever you log on your clubs MOTD (Message of the day) shows up after the “welcome to the server (persons IGN)” so it people actually pay attention to the clubs and that they still exist.
EDIT 2: I realized that I haven't added enough ways for players to earn XP for their club I came up with an idea that you can get rewarded for playing Creative and Elite Survival.
