I was wondering but is there any rule against using Caps, or letting the murderer kill you in murder?

Cause I checked there and theres no rule against caps so a user said he was going to report me because I spoke in caps. They also wanted to report me for letting the murderer kill me saying I was teaming with them, but I actually just was out of the mood to play because of the user and I let the murderer kill me.

Caps is only punishable if you spam it a bunch of times. If you say 2 or 3 words with caps, it's fine. Just try not to make it so it spams.

Letting the murderer kill you is completely fine. Teaming is only if the murderer doesn't kill you or the gunner doesn't shoot the murderer.
