How do I add the tag to the end of each message I send on the forums? One of them is "Happy Halloween" in pixel art, another shows someone's forum names on other forums... I don't know how

I assume you mean the signature, (e.g. it says ~Star etc. in mine). To edit this hover over your name in the top right corner and click signature. Here you can edit what it says.
