Rejected PZRS (Party Zone Roleplay System)

So, I have this Idea, It is called PZRS/Party Zone Roleplay System, I have already started getting support for my idea, and even support from a mod, AngryRena, So basically PZRS is a "system", if you will, that provides players a area to find a safe, friendly RP, and friendly RP's from certain RP creators, and it also allows RP creators to get recommend, so they can get players from PZRS too, To get verified or recommend you have to go thru 6 steps: Step 1. Have a rule that states "No Smex" or similar, Step 2. Have a RP chat so you don't blurb out in chat, Step 3. Must have some sort of rule that states "Please don't cause lag", Step 4. Must let people that are LGBT+ in your game, and you must let them be LGBT+ in the game if they want, Step 5. Must be kind and respectful to the people that join your RP, and last but not least Step 6. You must not have a warning for Ad Spam/Spam in the last 3 days. If you support this, feel free to comment I Support this, and if you really care, why you support it, If you have any Idea or feedback please also comment, and if you don't support PZRS, please leave some feedback and why you don't like it. I am willing to add new ideas to PZRS!

We already have an RP system. PartyZone provides the RP chat option, and the players are meant to be creative and make an RP of their own. Of course people of the community know to be appropriate at all times. And most people that follow the rules will report anything that doesn't fit with the rules of PartyZone. -1 for me, sorry boo.

We already have a custom roleplaying system that you can use with the command /rp

I don't quite understand what more you're asking for, feel free to make a new suggestion that's less vaguely described.
