I know, I know... not too needed, but hear me out! And yes, I know Solari builds for PZ but they also build for other servers, and I think it's about time.

How would it be organized?
Three ranks, Head Builder, Expert Builder and Builder. Each have separate, but similar responsibilities. All ranks are required to build in each project unless specified not to, or not given a responsibility for said project.

Head Builder
This rank is responsible for deciding the theme for projects and who does what. As well as creating the map layout and size with the other Head Builder and the Expert Builders. They also give advice to builders on their projects. The Expert Builders also helps with this. There should be two head builders at all times. Rank Requirement(s): If a head builder has left, an Expert Builder may be promoted as a replacement for the previous Head Builder. If there is no replacement chosen, the other head builder must select one person to be promoted.
Expert Builder
This rank has the same responsibilities as builders. They also work with the head builders in deciding applications, and if neither head builder is available they step up as a team and take responsibilities from the head builders. There should be at least one Expert builder at all times. Rank Requirement(s): Become a builder, above the rest (or just stand out), become trustworthy in all situations, and become promoted by a head builder.
Builder
Lastly, the builder rank. This rank is given an area to make paths, terrain (hills, details in landscape, trees and shrubbery), buildings, or all three! Rank Requirement(s): Fill out the application and get accepted.

My reason for why this is time.
More consistent updates to maps, new lobby changes, no more fees when creating a new map for a minigame. This team doesnt need to operate 24/7, just to be there so they may help whenever needed. The team doesn't have to be massive, like 15+ members.

I think this is a pretty good idea. However, I have a few questions :). First, how would the team be picked? Would there be a competition, go off of reputations...? Next, how would the roles be picked? And... no funding? It would all be voluntary? ;) I can see how some people might not like the idea, and, yes, things need patching, but overall it's good. :D:thumbs-up: :pz:<3

First off, agh and gamerguts are both good builders, and could choose some good Head Builders or become them themselves! :) The builder role:

Rank Requirement(s): Fill out the application and get accepted.

The Expert Builder role:

Rank Requirement(s): Become a builder, above the rest (or just stand out), become trustworthy in all situations, and become promoted by a head builder.

The Head Builder:

Rank Requirement(s): If a head builder has left, an Expert Builder may be promoted as a replacement for the previous Head Builder. If there is no replacement chosen, the other head builder must select one person to be promoted.

And yes, the team will be voluntary. There are quite a few teams that are, I've been in two. Including the one I'm in now.

We've tried. There aren't enough builders who are:
  1. Actually good builders
  2. Willing to work for free (builders can make triple digits in commissions, they VERY RARELY work for free)
  3. Trustworthy
Hmu when you find them because they don't exist unless they're our friends.

Ahh, that's why it disbanded. Well you could at least try again :p
