Prop Hide N' Seek!

There is a player who hides an item or a block in a random place of their choice.
The others have to try and find the item before time runs out!

The first who finds the prop will be able to win the game.

General Game Ideas:
  • Time: 6 minutes (almost like a game of Murder)
  • Player Amount: At least 7 players.
  • Props: Can be anything of decorations and others as well.
  • Store: Power-ups and boosts can be added.
  • Concept: Be the first player to find the hidden prop.
  • Hints: (EDITED): An automated hint system that tells players what the closest blocks to the prop look like.

The Prop Hide N' Seek Store:

Is not connected with Murder and Downgrade coins, @Stoofan.

780 coins - Freezer - Can freeze someone. This advantage helps you get the prop first before the other person/people can.
220 coins- I am Speed! - Can use the speed boost to get the prop. This advantage helps grab the item the Prop Disguiser hid with a touch of speed.
650 coins - Boing Boing Hop - Can give a leap/jump boost to help you vault into the air. This advantage can help you to pick up the prop first and win!
11,880 coins - Disguiser Boost - Can give you a higher chance of being the Prop Disguiser.
9,233 coins - Robber Boost - Can give you a higher chance of being the Robber.

Roles:

The Prop Disguiser - Conceals the location of the prop that's hidden.
Seekers - Tries to find the prop.
Robber - This role can pick up the prop and hide it somewhere else. The Prop Disguiser and the Robber have their own little chat (where they can do something like /p chat) so in case the robber has dropped the prop somewhere else, the Disguiser can be alerted without the rest of the seekers knowing.

End of Discussion:

I would love for this game to be implemented and it has a great twist to hide and seek! It's competitive and super fun! Let me know your ideas and concerns on this game-mode down below by click 'Should Implement' or 'Don't Implement' as your rating!

If you have any valid suggestions that would like to be credited let me know and I'll put it in the post for ya with your username.

Community Suggestions:

  • @Kra3tys says: "Leaving the hints to the player is not a good idea.
However perhaps an automated hint system that tells players what the closest blocks to the prop look like."

I was thinking in the hot bar you can include the remaining blocks for the seekers. For example, "3 Bookshelves left" "2 Flower pots" or something similar to that

What are the maps? Are they small rooms?

Gryffindor
Concerns about the store. What is the currency? Is it linked with the Murder and Downgrade coins? If so, can you make a list of the prices of each item/power up?

I really like the concept, and it would be a really neat addition to party zone, however, this is found in many other servers (such as the hive) therefore I'm not saying its a bad suggestion, because I really like it, I'm just saying it lacks a bit of originality. :)
