This is actually exactly the opposite! We've added these two new ranks to further benefit the community, whether that be via entertainment, events, etc. This is hardly just a staff related matter, if anything, it's a community matter more than a staff one.

But what if we VIPs want to help participate in this, we would need to apply for Helper first, on the hope we would get accepted, so they could actually help their favourite community, which they love.

Literally, my rank's purpose it to serve the community and help provide fun things for it XD. We are taking our time in making events for players to have fun and you think this only important to staff? I am sorry that you read that and managed to get that conclusion. Do you have any questions or concerns?

It's just that normal members should get their chance of getting a part of this in it too, or else this would only be fun for the staff members holding these events.

Sure it is fun to participate in these events, but the community can do just more than a few staff members out there, together, or, atleast most of us, especially the most longest existing and dedicated members out there could help out just like other staff members.

The only thing we want for our long and *loyal service* to this community, we would atleast want to some recognition, and maybe have like a yearly event for people who contributed the most to this community.

I do not mean any hate to you guys, all I want you to know, is my opinion, and I think a lot of other people* agree with me.
*Especially members who have been here for more as a year.

All I'm saying is, that members of this community would love to be a part of these events and help think of them and help out so we won't be bored for another few months waiting for another murder update/event.

So basically, create a new sub-forum called Events, where the community can post their own made up events, and then the community can decide which of these events would be the most coolest to take place this time, by voting.

Only members who have been here for atleast 9 months should be able to post here, and I betcha there's probably loads of members who have been here over 9 months, and want to do something unique with this server, because playing Murder/Other Games everyday just sounds boring, to me.

Everyone has their own unique opinion, and that is what counts, not just an event, thought up by a few staff members.
I think we, the community, prefer to make our own events, where everyone can choose what they want.

I hope my opinion will be considered and taken seriously.

Dude, there's events held out for other people, alongside special perks that come with the ranks bought. You should take in some consideration and respect to the programming they make and space they take up to care for the ranks. Plus, a staff member is a huge part of the community, you should have better attitude towards that. And they're more or less trusted than us players, and have BETTER and BIGGER responsibilities than we do.

Programming indeed does take long, I have experience with it, but events don't take this long, you only have to come up with something in what people seem fun to do, and everyone can join in the fun, of course these "Events" should of course be made up by the community itself, not just by a few staff members who think they can just hold an event when it fits them.

I do indeed apologize for my attitude to the staff members, I have great respect for them all, they help the community as good as they seem possible and fitting for the community as they try to keep the community child-friendly for other minecrafters who are young of age.

Altho, I do have to say, the opinion of the community is worth more than the opinion of the owner, or any other staff member, because we are the community of this server, we can all just decide we leave the server and never come back, which we won't of course, but there are still some of us who get bored, and it are especially the old members of this community who are bored, and want to do something else, so I suggest the community should all think of something, and not leave it to the staff , which only exists out of ~20 members, against hundreds of players.

If you wish to suggest an event you can suggest it here where everyone can post not just older members.
If you wish to participate in any of our current events we have karaoke and Live streams on Saturdays

While you are taking about fairness and letting "everyone" help, you have excluded people who just so happen have been here for a less amount of time. That idea is essentially a contradiction. Every player who has been on our server, Default, VIP or above, no matter the time they have spent on our server, will not be treated any different than the other. We greatly appreciate our long term members but, we can not give them priority over others.

4.We value the opinions of our players however it is impossible to let the community completely plan events on our server. That idea is just not realistic. Along with providing events for everyone here, we do everything we can so that everything is run as fairly and as organized as possible while taking into considerations everything that happens backstage with the entire staff team. That is something that just can not be achieved with over 400 players involved. Time is something that would not be managed as easily with such a large amount of people helping as well. We would just never get things done in time. I am pretty you understand what I mean since, you are a Mod on a different network.

Nice of you to think i'm "active" on party zone. But I only logged on once in the past few months. Not because I don't like party zone, but because Party Zone isn't the only place out there. I've been playing a role playing survival mode and other gamemodes.

I would say where, but unfortunately I can't. I'll be back when I get a new computer (Creative is laggy for me currently and murder is becoming difficult when I freeze)

I just came for a visit and I saw this.

And now I'm obligated to say......that I'm not very good with obligations.

I'm not as active on these forums as I was a year ago. I can't even remember the last time I played Minecraft!

I've been completely obsessed with Undertale, Fallout 4 and Cave Story for the past few months.(Well, I only started Cave Story a few weeks ago but hey)

Also, I noticed you're, uh, pretty civil when you turn "MLGMode off".


Now I suppose I should say something relevant to the thread.
