Profile Picture not working.

Hiya everybody! My profile picture isnt working, I want some help, I got a screenshot and tryed to put it as my profile picture but it doesn't work .

I had some problems uploading my profile pic at first because it was too big. I didn't want to lose img quality so I just set it as my Gravatar
Try doing that, and then selecting 'Use Gravatar' in the avatar settings

I'm looking at some profile pictures and almost everybody's is very detailed mc skins in 3d (kind of). How do you do that? And also, How do I the gravatar, it says my email has no gravatar.

On gravatar.com you need to have the same email as on the forums. The, you upload a picture you want as a profile picture and select it. To get "renders" (super detailed pictures of your skin) go here: http://minecraft.novaskin.me/wallpapers (That's the easiest one to use without learning a ton of stuff)

I copied mine from a cover image I made for my youtube profile a long time ago.
