Teaming with the Murderer as any form of Bystander in Murder is against the rules. It is unfair to other players as it gives the Murderer an extra advantage.
It is listed in the rules and I'll quote it here for you
"Do not play against your own team » There are teams for a reason. Finding ways around the system to play against your own team is not allowed. This included excessive shooting bystanders in murder."
