Creative Plot Ownership

Being able to transfer the ownership of a plot to someone else.
E.g /Plot transfer (IGN)
So if a friend would like their plot merged or something and you needed to be the owner of the plot to do it you would be able to give the plot back to them with it completed because disposing the plot and then having the friend reclaiming it doesn't work.

Well, that would cause problems. For example, defaults only get one plot but then a donor with multiple plots could just give a plot to the default (or the other way around)

I think we shouldn't implement this but instead a command to merge plots with another player. -1

You could always discard your plot (without clearing) and then the other person can claim it.
