Few days ago on Creative, I noticed some people going on about others doing the same "rectangle" form of how their role-plays are built, meaning that they spend so much or so little time doing something so simple that it makes their plots not look pleasing to others. There are also people who come onto Creative to build complex designs of terrain or buildings (like me) and keep practicing in order to become a better builder (probably also for builder applications).
I believe that people should be able to critique and rate others builds in order to help them improve their skills, possibly a 5 star rating, along with suggestions or compliments they can give to the builder. Also, everyone should have a choice whether or not to have their plot rated. I know that some people already do this on their plots with a hopper and a few book and quills, but this should just be a command so that some people won't put down nasty things onto a book and quill and leave it unsigned in order to remove their anonymous trace.

Also, bring back infection. plz and thx. https://imgur.com/HPnC7Rd

I like this idea, but I can see this genuinely hurting players.
Some people may make invalid ratings, just for the fun of it. Which I’ve seen happen on signed books, as well as nonsigned. And it came off really rude and mean. People put effort into their builds, it wouldn’t be nice if someone gave an invalid critic like; “horrible” without even bothering to give proper constructive criticism, because that’s not rating, that’s just mean.

Genuinely, it would help those who want to improve skill, but sometimes people don’t genuinely critic their plots correctly and it may come off as mean. And this will come from signed people, so the player knows- and what if it was a friend who was joking? If the message didn’t get across, things may get misinterpreted and result poorly.

In the end, it’ll happen with this and without, no matter what you do.

Of course, the other side is pretty much the complete opposite.

But really, I think it’s unnecessary in general, as you can easily put it in a book, and unsigned books prove it’s someone’s just trying to be mean without caring, which most people throw away, and will probably not care. It’ll happen signed and unsigned, so really I don’t think this is necessary.

I wouldn’t really mind it though, either way. So I’ll remain neutral.

As Jules said it'll hurt people, instead we should add it as an option to rate plots and if the owner wants people to rate it having spent alot of time on the plot could turn it on while those who do not want others to vote on their plot or hurt their feelings they could disable it.

However seeing that there are already so many things to be implemented and the developers have very less time I think this is unnecessary and adds a lot of burden to the devs.

But again if you really wanted people to rate your plot you could ask your friends to come and rate it.

-1.

Thanks for your suggestion! It’s a Cute idea, but it’s not really needed, if someone really likes a build or just wants to give the builder advice they can easily message them or send a friend request so they can later tell them about their suggestions. Sorry, but it’s a -1 from me..

I agree with just about everything Jules said.
If you really are trying to help someone out with their build and give constructive criticism, you could leave a book or send that player a message telling them what they did and what they did wrong.

This is a creative and interesting suggestion, but overall, it isn't really needed. -1

Basically what everyone above said. If you want people to critique your builds, ask your friends or ask the Creative chat. -1.

Imagine you're new, I was bullied when I joined for my skin, just think if you were 7 and spent weeks on a decent shop, then someone says disgusting things.

:c
Gotta hate when that happens :(

this would be a good idea, but it could bring horrible things like what others have said

The idea would be pretty neat, but as mentioned prior, some not fun things can be said in them. This can be reported to staff if it occurs, but I do have concerns.

Also please keep suggestions focused on one thing or cluster of things- Infection isn't a suggestion for creative. It keeps suggestions cleaner and allows people to show their support for specific ideas easier.

Maybe a scale rating
such as

How would you rate this plot? [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]

then they'd click
if under 3

[Optional] What could this person of done to the plot to of made it better?

idk just an add-on

So let me get this straight, are you saying that when you go on someone else’s plot you are a Kenyan to have the option to vote if the plot is good or not(Out of 5 stars) or should people be able to submit their plots to like a voting section and then all players have access to that section and are able to teleport to the players sum titled plot and vote for it?!

Thank you for your suggestion. However after thorough review, the team has decided this will not be implemented.

This is due to many concerns about the nature of the command, and how it can be used by some players.
