If you're asking if it's against the rules to ask people to get off your head, the answer is no. If you're asking if it's against the rules to not listen to the person that says get off, then not entirely. Staff members can ask too. If it is that big of an issue and it does bother you to the point of wanting to remove them, you can ask them to get off, and if they don't listen a staff member can try. If they don't listen to the staff member, it can fall under ignoring staff. In summary, neither of those is a against the rules. Normally we would not punish for this. The most we would do is a warn for ignoring staff.
