Question
What is the staff team looking for when reading through the suggestions thread. Are they looking for uniqueness, wide appeal, etc? I ask this because I've noticed that the staff team seems to be a bit selective (Not in a bad way, being selective is often a good thing) when reading suggestions. My curiosity, more than anything, is what is driving me to ask this question. Thanks for reading this question and I look forward to reading your reply.

(This is an updated version to the same question I asked a few minutes ago. I deleted the previous one, because a few of the words were incorrect and I couldn't figure out how to edit the question. Sorry for any confusion / errors this has caused, if any.)

I'm going to assume by "staff team" you mean Developers and such, as moderators/helpers don't really look to implement suggestions, mostly give our opinion on them.
Developers are notified whenever a suggestion is made, therefore they read pretty much every thread - just because they haven't messaged on the suggestion itself, doesn't mean they haven't seen it. The ones they do message on are suggestions which they're interested in, and begin considering the wondrous possibilities that can come with it, and whether it's worth implementing.

If you have further questions/concerns, feel free to message me or another staff member.
