My helper application has been denied twice for lack of judgement. I really do want to be a helper and the only help other helpers have given me is to watch other helpers. This doesn't help me at all and it would be much better to have some instructions.

Helpers are not great to ask about internal applications processes as while they have experienced it, they are not trained for it. I recommend contacting a Senior Moderator to ask for more detailed advice on the matter!
